Hawk Technologies brings proven shipbuilding experience from U.S. Navy and Coast Guard programs—including FF(X), FFG(X), MMSC, LCS, and Cutter classes—demonstrating our expertise specifically in marine engineering and ship design solutions across HM&E (structural, piping, HVAC), outfitting, and joiner systems. We provide precise modeling, drafting, and quality checking from concept through detailed design and continuous change support (MCRs, ECNs).
With advanced skills in ShipConstructor, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Creo, Inventor, and Solidworks, our team develops and integrates automation routines into workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance with DoD and shipyard standards and procedures, and on-time delivery in mission-critical environments. Our adoption of AI has armed our team with a wide array of AI ‘skills’ to help us automate at the speed of thought. Hawk has greatly reduced the time to automate detailed design and drafting, paving way for the next era of human/machine interaction in drafting and design.
From requirements through production, we provide engineering support including CDRL support, test procedures, CAE analysis (structural FEA including static, vibration, shock, transient response, thermal, fluid), drafting, detailed design, prototype manufacturing, prototype-to-production support, and qualification support (shock per MIL-S-901E, vibration per MIL-STD-167). Our proven process improvements and expert systems ensure optimal results in high-profile programs such as the U.S. Navy surface combatants and Coast Guard Cutters.
